discover 买的costco cash card

3月31号上网order了costco cash card, discover 里面是pending, 今天发现transaction date 变4月10号了。这个情况是不是说我拿不到之前的5%? cash card 可以退吗？求大神帮忙

买costco cash card很多人都着过道，正式post出来的transaction date不是你的下单日期，而是他家处理日期或者shipping date。当初visacheckout $250-50促销的时候很多人就被黑了。你是拿不到discover一季度的5%了，可以打电话要求refund。

online chat客服 能拿到 就说是3月31号下单 term里没写必须是post day才算5% 一般会给courtesy

我之前也是这样 不应该懒得不去店里买 我就认栽了

Discover客服会补给你statement credit

costco算discover里的warehouse的5%

她们原话：i can understand your concerns with when you purchased the costco, however per the terms and conditions it does have to post to your account by the end of the quarter. i am sorry it does not qualify for that promotion.

再online chat 这个客服不友好 给差评 你仔细找找term and condition 里面没写必须post的

客服甲說不行 找客服乙 客服乙不行 找客服丙 要堅定堅持 雖然很累

难的跟他们撕了。找costco客服，等了一个星期后钱退回来了。以后offer还是要早用。
