The apartment is located in a great area of the East side on Lennox hill (60th st), between 1st and 3rd Ave.
Some reasons I LOVE this place....... 1st floor, no walkup! Nice Bedroom with lots of light, which flows to the rest of the Apt (see pictures) Dog friendly building, plus beautiful dog park on the east river only 5 min away 5 Min walk to the John Finley Walkway along the east river Citi bike right down the street You have Barrys Boot Camp, Equinox Gym, Crunch Fitness and Earth Yoga within 1-2 block radius. Whole Foods and Morton Williams just a few streets away. Less than a 5 min walk to the 4,5,6 and NRW trains! 15 min walk to Central Park 5 min walk to amazing Lexington ave shopping area
