Role Marketing Specialist is responsible for leading our marketing in campaign development, partnership growth, effectively maximizing, and etc. Responsibility Develop and implement marketing plans and programs that enhance the marketing platform including but not limited to media, promotions, print, partnerships, and customer experience programs Responsible to develop and execute paid marketing strategy Develop, launch, and analyze social media strategies and campaigns from inception through post-launch/sustain Accountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that deliver sales and customer retention Editorial requirements include basic SEO understanding, content categorization and structure, content development, distribution and measurement. Oversee Marketing Profit and Loss includes managing budgets and utilizing cost-effective analysis to allocate resources and maximize ROI Manage relationship with marketing vendor partners, negotiate rates, and develop a successful new partnership Improve ROI by developing media campaign strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and retention Provide strategic insight into optimizing the effectiveness of our marketing strategy Collaborate with internal team members to identify support needs and program development Ensure marketing strategy is effectively supporting Company needs and objectives Follow the latest trend of Chinese contents Requirement Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject 4 years of related experience Passion in Chinese contents Ability to analyze and present content and social performance Experience working in a fast-paced environment (start-up experience a plus) Proven experience in marketing field Experience with Google Analytics and AdWords also top social channels Open/direct verbal, written, and listening communication skills Bi-lingual in English and Chinese is a must Ability to work exceptionally well in a team environment Highly adaptive and proactive Excellent project & marketing management skills Apply Here: https://jobchinausa.com/work/employ_detail.html?no=624
