怎么拨打uscis customer service（小白一个）

我打了这个电话：8003755283，press 1 for English，然后一连串选择，我想问case status and have a question about it. 所以按2.  可是都没有接通到人工对话，有人知道后面按什么会接通到人工对话？？

一直选你不知道receipt number就可以接到真人了

选have an existing case with Uscis>lost receipt number就可以

我之前也搜过这个问题，有人说按1，2，2，2
