You will be sharing the duplex with 2 female PhD students and we look for a female professional/student. Utilities are shared (internet + electricity) but heating and water is free. You need to pay a security deposit of a month rent. The rent for the master bedroom will be 600$, and it is available from May 1. The rent for the smaller bedroom will be $500, and you can negotiate with the owner when you want to start. It is within a walking distance to a bus stop, train station, New Brunswick downtown (College avenue campus), Robert Wood Johnson Hospital, and cafe, restaurants, Rite Aid, Stop & Shop (grocery store).
