harvested acre大约只占耕地面积的70%，另30%有的没有产出，更多的是抛荒休耕轮种以积蓄肥力，而中国没有这样的条件，不但年年种，一年还种两到三季。所以要论单位面积的年产量，美国水稻应该没有中国的高。

如果中国的耕地也每年拿出30%休耕积肥，产量应该会有提升。去年底的报道“11月2日在湖南省衡阳市衡南县清竹村进行的袁隆平领衔的杂交水稻双季测产达到了亩产1530.
76公斤，其中早稻619.06公斤、第三代杂交水稻晚稻品种“叁优一号”911.7公斤，超
过了1500公斤的预期目标”。这是示范田，一般人种打个七五折也是美国产量的两倍。
中国的水稻要种两季三季，掐头去尾不在最佳生长时间
美国则只在气候适宜的地方才种水稻，亩产高不奇怪
换一个比较的办法，美国有xxx亩水稻，平均亩产xx公斤。中国亩产排前面的xxx亩，平均亩产不一定比美国差
作物高产，要“良种、良田、良态、良法”四个良都占上才行。
当然近几十年中国粮食产量的提高主要是因为单产的提高，而单产的提高最主要的因素是优良品质和化肥农药的广泛使用。说到底还是工业反哺农业的结果。
