I've never been able to explain the White Rage and White Retaliation that happens in workplaces if you point out something that the White person did wrong. It is that 0 to 100, nothing to everything, level of anger and rage that will be directed at you. They usually don't go into self-search mode, or any form of self-awareness. And usually follows on with retaliation or bullying (and in the workplace; they usually try to get you fired)
I think some people call this White Fragility.
But usually only people who have worked with White people for extended amount of time can see this type of behaviour, whereas on the surface, they usually seem really easy going and polite (which is the White Fakefront)
