The top 3 manager levels are now Indian, my manager and supervisor must be worried.... A supervisor in our east coast half quit for another job after 15 years.
I email other depts and have notice more and more foreign names. One dept that deals with the new Oracle software issues has 19 of 20 people from India. The 1 person who isn't has been at the company for more then 20 years, the others less then 2 years.
I expect the dept I am at will be replaced as the company hired a large consulting firm and we now have about 8 in training now. It was accidentally slipped out in a group chat session when the supervisor mentioned a training schedule. Odd thing is we have not been introduced to any of our " co-workers". I guess the managers from Indian figure why bother as we will be replaced......
