Chief justice 必须为最高法院这个机构负责，不可能随便推翻以前的法律的，社会变革慢慢来才稳定，如果一个法律慢慢形成共识要被推翻，那个时候再推翻就是。
如果明明知道大多数人或者一半人支持或者反对，也知道判决会引起混乱，那就等一等好了，何必这么急？
啥是法律？法律是大多数人愿意接受才是法律，否则自然无效。
