Now, CDC says it does not recommend healthy people to ware masks, but I won't be surprised if later it clarifies and says it did not mean to "recommend against healthy people to ware masks." The only reason why CDC does not recommend masks, I guess, is there is not enough mask available for average people, and it does not want to create a panic. If it says people don't know how to wear it properly, then educate people.

疫情严重到一定程度的话，政府发令，人都呆家里了。
疫区现在超市里没几个人，街上也没什么人，大部分公共场所都关了，口罩有什么用。
