Nothing but the same tactics of a desperate Trump. He gets in trouble then screams wildly in all directions threatening everyone and everything.... just like a 3 year old tossing a tantrum.
Trump has ZERO power to control US investors because he has falling on his face with his stupid trade war. The Chinese have not flinched off the Oct 1st deadline. They see a sinking loser con man that is now enveloped in impeachment. It is the Hitler in his bunker idea... "I will take everyone down with me." Two days ago he was threatening markets would crash if he were to be impeached. Well Trump you are now under impeachment investigation. One crying screaming 3 year old tantrum moment over and over again.
Trump has lost his trade war. China beats him like a drum. US exports down 18% globally. The farmer is finished. Manufacturing in recession. Consumer suddenly stopping. Small business sentiment rots.
Meanwhile Trump was back on the Huawei anger bandwagon again. Huawei has now eliminated dependence on US suppliers. It has gone from bad to worse with each long Trump passing day.
Finally Trump has zero power to block private citizen investment in China. There is no point in even talking about it. Its just more hot air from this unfit loser.
The more important issues which I assure will be investigated in the impeachment process are Trump's market manipulation.

It continues to put money into its infrastructure with a huge new airport called the starfish. It is beautiful. They keep investing in high speed rail growing their manufacturing business and into its BRI investments. The US does nothing but accrue more debt and more QE. Its infrastructure is falling apart and no US CEO's exception of a few are invested in anything here. We are in desperate need of infrastructure repair and growth.
China has already been dumping US treasuries. It could still do this and survive but the US could not
It has become increasingly obvious that Drumpf is a despot, in the mold of Bennito Mussolini.
I mean, come on, he pretends to support "free market capitalism" while issuing illegitimate "orders", so called "Presidential edicts, that have absolutely ZERO weight in law, to American Corporations to leave China and produce their goods elsewhere. Where have we seen this kind of behavior before. Well, Both Mussolini and Hitler spring to mind.
Now, on top of all that, he believes he has the 'right' to decide which compamies are listed on the Americna Stock Exchanges.
You my friends, have a rabid and dangerous animals on your hands, and if you think he is going to come to his senses, somehow miraculously, then you are as in need of psychiatric help as much as he is.

那个时候百度日进斗金不为过，李克强专门召集大佬们开会探讨回归问题，百度说自己市值太高回不去，想私有化回去赚几倍的也要看你有多少钱，百度几百亿美元市值，能出钱私有化的私人集团就没有，没那么多钱买回去，百度在美国几百亿美元市值，换成人民币就几千亿，你要私有化回去上市列估值起码上万亿，那成巨无霸，根本不现实
至于限制换汇是针对那些垃圾公司，急着回去炒概念捞钱，暴风影音都快破产了

你把delist和私有化搞混了。私有化是公司回购全部流通股。delist是股票不在上市的市场流通。股东没有变化，在over counter trade。delist公司没有义务要回购全部股票
