植物蛋白做的肉早就有了,
中国,印度这些国家古代就有。
比如我去寺庙里吃的素席。

但是用技术来产生动物蛋白,这个想法是很好的。
因为动物的生长消耗了很多能量,
最后变成食物,既不人道,又不环保。

bynd 虽然好,
但是更好的选择应该是cultured meat
对动物的活体细胞进行培养,最后转化成肌肉。
我不明白技术细节,但是听起来比假肉更有前途。
