I have done them all myself for my 04 Accord. Probably the hardest one is changing rotor. You will need an impact screwdriver to remove the rotor screw.
The only other things I can think of are:
-replace windshield blades -refill AC freon ($30 for the can) -check all fluid levels (including windshield, radiator fluids, etc.) -rotate tires and/or replace tires (and set right pressure) -check all light bulbs

这个我一般15K就自己换，看样子你自己不会，30K吧，Honda的变速箱比较娇气一些，
不知道现在是不是还是这样

90K的车不知多老了，如果是近10年应该没有power steering fluid了
• Change power steering fluid
Honda要求30K一换，其实不需要，搞点试纸测试下，我自己的Acura，60K根据测试结果不换也没问题，当然这个和环境及开车习惯有关
• Change brake fluid
Honda Accord早就用timing chain了。90K的不可能还用timing belt。
再后来的型号没关注，但8代08-12年的Accord的3.5L不用timing belt?
08-12年的车不可能90K？

我从93年开始好几部honda车基本上都是自己保养。
下面是我的建议：
1. oil and filter：
如果用full synthetic oil，每10000 miles换。
2. Power steering fluid
brake fluid
永远不换。
少了就加满。
3. Brake pad， rotor, drum
Brake pad 每次对调轮胎时检查，快磨光了就换，rotor和 drum 从来不换，rotor
如果不平可
以打磨继续用。
4. Spark plugs
Sparl plug 至少可以用11-12 万miles.换的时候一定要换iridium材质的。
5. Transmission fluid
每3万miles换。
6. air Filter和Cabin Air filter
每2万换

power steering fluid和brake fluid，我教你一个稳妥的办法。省钱又保养。
去买一个厨房用的那种后面是橡胶球的那种吸管式的baster,打开前盖，把power
steering fluid和brake fluid的reservoir上盖打开，用baster吸走旧的液体，然后倒入新的液体至max
新的液体可以在车行买，网上Amazon也有，不要乱买，买适配的。
这不是flush,但对家庭用车，good enough
难度为零，中学生都会做
Oil and filter change和90K无关，而是和你平时换油的频率一致
刹车就更和90K无关了，需要换才换
其实Honda最需保养的就是换transmission fluid ，90K前没做过的话就不要flush了，drain and refill即可
