No need for panic. Code reading usually gives out false signal for the cause of maintenance light-on. My Accord has this symptom for years. I went to several repair shops and did some repairs. But, it still light on time by time. Now, I just turn it off by resetting the fuse. The car still runs fine.

The lawsuit includes Accord (2008-12), Odyssey (2008-13), Pilot (2009-13) and Crosstour (2010-13) models equipped with the 3.5-liter V6 with Variable Cylinder Management, which might experience engine misfire, excessive oil burning and premature spark plug fouling issues. As part of the settlement, Honda will extend the powertrain warranty on these models for eight years (from time of purchase or lease) with no mileage limitation, and it will also reimburse customers who had to pay out-of-pocket expenses for related repairs such as spark plugs, pistons or, in some cases, apparently, an entirely new engine. (Of course, the repairs had to be related to certain trouble codes.) Lawyers will get no more than $800,000 from Honda and the guy who originally started the case, Vince Eagen, will get $1,000 for his "time and effort." UPDATE:昨天请人读code,是第二缸misfire.六个火花塞都脏的要死,有一个点火的地
方都熔了。于是把它们全换新的了,但是那个coil因为在local店里买比网上贵一倍,
师傅帮我看了看就先换了第二缸的那个。
现在犹豫,要不要到网上买一套,全换得了?另外,这东西能自己换吗?请人换,人工比材料还贵。
P.S,要是标题加个 Honda,一伙人就进来了。

17万迈,够本了。
可能只是小的问题,像 spark plug or ignition coil 坏了。
有些车一次进气不良久记录下来,然后油气比再算,就再不正常了。

消除积炭的简单方法是上高速开75MPH 开几个小时。
本田不提供解决方案,VCM不能通过软件关闭。因为牵涉到EPA相关法律问题,所以消费者倒霉。
网上有人自制线路,增加温度传感器的电阻值,以避免VCM触发来解决问题。
很多,但是还是能够明显感觉到抖动。后来检查时coil pack也有点问题,换了coil
pack之后就好了
