新房第一次带agent, Builder 才会给Agent, 然后Agent才会给你Rebate. (我会给你超过1%， 联系我[email protected]).
大部分Builder就算你不带Agent也不会给你折扣，少数会给你1%折扣，不会更多怕得罪Agent。我成为Agent之前问过湾区十家新房的Sale manager. 不服可以举出反例。
