Wanted to share a couple highlights in this turbulent market.



-We are still closing purchases in 25 days.

-Jumbo purch 10/1 for Gold Key borrowers is 2.125% (est apr 2.897)

-Jumbo refi 10/1 for Gold Key is 2.5% est apr (3.236)

-15% down jumbo purchase

-Still doing cash out loans up to 500k cash in hand(most big banks won’t
allow)

-Will use lease and security deposit on departing residence(most big banks
won’t allow this currently)

-Doctor Program with 5% down to 1million and 10% down to 1,500,000

-Investment loans over 510k are very aggressive (1-4 units)



Jumbo products are priced well below the market since most Big Banks pulled out to protect their balance sheets. For the benefit of rates we will
