是的，这时候也大家应该同舟共济，这个法案方向是合理的，不过不应该一刀切，
同意免去房租三月房租的房主应该可以免去三个月的房产税，
另外也不是所有出租房子的人都是有钱人，应该针对特殊情况有豁免，豁免的房租政府买单
