I don't see any issue closing on Dec 11 as long as the loan can be approved before Dec 11 and you sign the CR-full. Why do you waste time throwing your temper towards me. I'm a realtor agent, I'm not paid to suffer your bad temper. Dont send me any emails that are not related to the transaction! I do not have the responsibilites to list to your bullshit! Find a doctor to cure your temper if you cannot do anger management yourself.

Agent没有听我说的closing date写，说可以随时改。我loan下来了，Agent,那边
document不够，只好等Agent补材料。
结果Agent嫌我催的紧，发邮件让我看医生。最后walk through, 她也拒绝。说是她的
钱不是我们给的。（因为她不在当地。）连让她联系她realtor代替都拒绝，不过后来
可能后悔了，联系了她的realtor.不过挂电话之前又骂我。我是雇她干活的，不是找挨骂的。
这个人清华毕业，现在在湾区。
真是人渣啊。
Agent给我安排的closing date在圣诞前。我不放心，因为马上就是长假。。房子租到
月底都跟她说了。
最后才明白就是想坑我。。
你也在亚马逊有工作，不愿意做就算了，何必如此贪财不干事情？！

还是不要报名字的好，不要暴露自己。
网上那种满口喷粪的人说的话不要去听，他们往往是最猥琐的放暗箭的。不要因为被他们骂了就心有愧疚。
就事说事，agent都差不多水平差不多素质。如果要报，全湾区除了rebate 2% 以上的
agent可以免灾，否则全都该被举报。
即便号称自身水平再高的agent也不断地强
调要自己多做功课，否则就是让你出高价抢房子的那种。
