在Wells Fargo 做Pre-approval, loan officer 给发了一个Borrowers certification form 让签字。是说要release personal information to third parties, 如下, 这个正常吗?我不想release 自己的信息.不签这个可以吧?在其他银行做pre-approval
没有要签这个东西呀?

Consent to share information with third parties
I understand Wells Fargo will share information with third parties as needed to fulfill their roles in the loan process:
1. Third parties involved in processing my loan application. Wells Fargo
will share information, as necessary, with
third parties in order to complete my loan transaction. These parties may
include settlement agents, title companies,
and closing attorneys.
2. Third parties representing me. Wells Fargo will share information with
third parties representing me, as identified
by me. These may include my real estate agent, financial advisor, power of
attorney, or other person who has a legal
responsibility to represent my interests.
3. Third parties connected with this transaction. Wells Fargo will share
loan status and credit approval information
with my builder if I provide permission. If I would like Wells Fargo to
share my loan status, loan details, or other
information with other third parties, I will need to provide separate
permission. This should include the name of the
third party, the purpose of the sharing, what I want Wells Fargo to share,
and if applicable, instructions on how I may
revoke the permission.

Consent to access information from third parties
I authorize third parties to provide relevant information and documentation requested to:
Wells Fargo
Any other lender I have a mortgage with that may require subordination
Any potential investor or insurer of this loan
The information may include, but is not limited to:
Employment and income history
Bank, money market, and other account balances
Credit history
Copies of income tax returns
The source of the information may include, but is not limited to:
Credit bureaus
Banks and other financial institutions
Current and former employers
Federal or state records, including State Employment Security Agency (SESA) records*
Other sources as needed
