但是terminate却不给赔偿,那就是等着lawsuit了,除非你签了疫苗exemption的form。
这些exemption form的条款基本上就等同于自愿放弃自己任何关于打疫苗的决定权,并且同意,“公司认为你应该打疫苗,而你不comply”, 那么公司有合理理由terminate你。
所以关键点还是在于,不要同意任何exemption表格。选了exemption的任何选项,决定权就在公司手中,找律师也没用了。如果选择unwilling打疫苗,那么即使被terminate,律师也会愿意为你打官司,毕竟这往好了说,可以搞到侵犯人权,最差情况也至少是个employment纠纷。

每个公司policy的wording肯定都不一样,仔细读一下自己公司的policy。
放弃的是“你自己判断自己是否应该打疫苗”的权利。换句话说,你自己把这个
exemption的决定权交到了公司手中,也就是所谓的“最终决定权”。
当然,如果被公司拒绝了exemption,你仍然可以提起诉讼。但是argue的问题就从“能否在你的雇佣合约中加入强制打疫苗的policy”,变成了“公司判断exemption的标准
是否合理”。
前者是合约是否合理的问题,是个定性问题;而后者是个定量问题。
举个例子,如果公司说高血压就得被解雇。那么你是希望去argue到底高血压能不能被
