In the deposition, Giuliani admitted that he got some of his information about Coomer's alleged role in the election fraud from his social media posts but couldn't be sure if it was Facebook or another platform.

"Those social media posts get all one to me," Giuliani said. When questioned about whether he saw any other evidence linking Coomer with election fraud, he responded, "Right now, I can't recall anything else that I laid eyes on."

Giuliani said he was too busy when asked why he repeated Oltmann's accusations without verifying them.
"It's not my job in a fast-moving case to go out and investigate every piece of evidence that's given to me," Giuliani said in the deposition, reported by MSNBC.
"Why wouldn't I believe him? I would have to have been a terrible lawyer… gee, let's go find out it's untrue. I didn't have the time to do that."

一边说别人认为选举有舞弊是阴谋论，是造谣。 一边是成千上万的坐实选举舞弊，要相信谁不是很明显吗？权力机构看着一个个舞弊不查， 就是权力机构合谋作弊， 这也说明美国的选举就是笑话。
邮寄选票的中间过程为造假提供各种便利，为代投， 做票提供时间和空间， 不是去废了邮寄票， 反而立法要让邮寄票永久化，这难道不是鼓励选举作弊？ 谁是作弊党还不明显？
当违法不受惩罚，反而得到奖励时， 就是鼓励更大规模的违法。

执法部分对选举舞弊不查处，让人百思不得其解。这样选举有什么意义？
我理解有两种证据，第一种是足以触发调查的，第二种是足以定案的。提告的人举证责任是哪一种？如果是第二种，那还需要调查这个环节吗？因为提告的人不可能总有资源和能力提供第二种证据，是不是就不能告了？比如我怀疑邻居把我家狗杀了，我提供了邻居以往虐待我的狗的视频以及事发当天他在我家院子转悠的监控，但没有具体杀狗的录像，是否我就没戏了，也不会有人调查？
具体法律规定我不清楚，但是有名有姓有真人的视频，无论在哪，都可以作为初始证据。弗洛伊德案就是在社交媒体发的。纽约把人推下地铁也是在社交媒体发的。你可能说这些更确定，而且是公诉案，但是第一，跟发在什么媒体无关。第二，确定不确定，这就是软性标准了，绝没有你说的这么荒谬。是否采信和开启调查，这是检察院的事，为什么弗洛伊德的警察立即收监，为什么拿枪指着过路抗议者的夫妇立即调查，为什么那些打砸抢烧的按体罚和天使没人管。都有视频，都在社交媒体上，你说公检法不是人组织成的，是铁板一块的公正？
大概率是看了轮子发的造谣贴，我早就说过，老川就是被轮子忽悠瘸了
老美虽然有些智谋，但是和老中没有可比性，轮子的套路远超老川的智囊团
如果能由此把造谣的轮子抓起来，不论哪个总统能做到，都是对美国的未来大功一件。但是大概率会把轮子打成土工间谍一党
