Given this state of current legal realities the obvious solution for the unvaccinated is to just go into a restaurant and rob it of less than $1,000 worth of food. If the unvaccinated can't get jobs or food, don't be surprised when they resort to the only option left available to them.
It's a sad state of affairs when it is illegal for an unvaccinated person to pay and eat at a restaurant but that same person can legally (since they won't be arrest or prosecuted, it is de facto legal) rob the restaurant of that same food.
