I hope this email finds you doing great!

I heard that California is going to pass

SB00054\Law enforcement: sharing data

I strongly urge you to veto this act. My argument is this: illegal
immigrants are supposed to come to the US to make a good living instead of
committing a crime. So we should do whatever we can to discourage them from committing a crime, including "notify the appropriate agency of the United
States having charge of deportation matters".

which means patients with HIV can freely donate blood to the blood bank to
endanger innocent people. Correct me if I am wrong. If so, I strongly urge
you to veto this one, because this is so insane. We cannot give the right to a few persons by sacrificing the lives of thousands of innocent people.
