There's obviously a loophole in the mitbbs management policy, I still think we all affected should write to them complaining about this issue, write emails to them at [email protected], attach screenshots of ids being locked, also include some suggested solutions.
With enough IDs complaining about this issue, they will eventually treat it as priority and fix it.
