国情咨文（英語：State of the Union address）是美国总统每年在国会联席会议上，于美国国会大厦中的众议院大厅发表的报告。这项报告不仅仅包括国情分析，总统还会在报告中对美国国会阐述他的立法议程以及国家优先事项。[1]这个报告从1934年起， 通常于一月份发表，如遇总统交接，則于二月份由新总统发表。

我也在奇怪，我一路查回克林顿，发现毛腿之前的总统都会在上任后第一年的一月底或者二月在国会的joint session 上演讲，虽然不是国情咨文但是也算一个重要讲话了。毛腿今年居然skip了，然后老川2月28号讲话了，嘿嘿。当然，左派们会说毛腿有个性
，就是不跟以前的总统走同一个路子，嗯。
