I'm not turning in anything. State and local governments have been banning stuff (hi capacity magazines, ARs, bump stocks and etc) for years. The compliance rate to these bans is about 10%. Liberal policies are resulting in massive increases in violent crimes and their response is to take my legally acquired stuff, I don't think so. The civil war starts when they try forced confiscation.
