New York Mayor Blasio also warned that based on the current spread of the virus, New Yorkers should prepare for the second closure, similar to the non-essential business and school closures issued by Governor Cuomo this spring and the need to stay at home to prevent the spread of Covid-19's, Mayor Bill de Blasio warned.
