应该是故意混淆视听的说法。真空白选票有足够的数量，各个郡县选举官员都可以拿到，没有必要现印。只需要在真选票上涂圈既可。
我这里去现场早投都是临时打印出来，当然那个选票打印纸很可能是有水印的，都不是一般的纸
