Defendants instructed election workers to not verify signatures on absentee ballots, to backdate absentee ballots, and to process such ballots regardless of their validity. c. After election officials announced the last absentee ballots had been received, another batch of unsecured and unsealed ballots, without envelopes, arrived in trays at the TCF Center. There were tens of thousands of these absentee ballots, and apparently every ballot was counted and attributed only to Democratic candidates. d. Defendants instructed election workers to process ballots that appeared after the election deadline and to falsely report that those ballots had been received prior to November 3, 2020 deadline. e. Defendants systematically used false information to process ballots, such as using incorrect or false birthdays. Many times, the election workers inserted new names into the QVF after the election and recorded these new voters as having a birthdate of 1/1/1900.

只看了四页，我认为原告是早安插好的，这样的话证据一定够硬。跟硬盘门的修电脑的老板一个路数。

比如上次戈尔和小布什的案子，是因为最后进入人工计票，根据打孔看是不是有效选票，但是弗罗里达的各个县的标准不一致，这就违反了宪法中的平等原则，这样高院才接受的。而且特别注明，此乃特例个案，不建议作为未来的判决先例使用。

So I said there can be fraud here, and if it is true they pick 1900/01/01 so if they are in trouble later, they can excuse it as a mistake of using de
identification tools/software, not of their political intention.
