近日，有网友在朋友圈晒出自己出境时，有一名华人女子持庇护绿卡回中国接子女一起返回美国时，在中国边境遭严厉盘问，最后被剪掉护照，甚至被阻止出境。
以下是这位网友的贴文：
从这则贴文中可以看出，这位华人女子在美国以避难的方式获得了绿卡，并且给在国内的孩子也申请了移民。此次时是回国接孩子一起赴美。
从这短短的对话中可以得知，边检人员询问她是如何获得绿卡的。这位华人女子只得以实相告说自己是避难获得绿卡。边检人员毫不客气地质问其“为什么避难”？该华人女子却直接瘫软无法作答。最后，边检人员将她的中国护照剪角作废，并禁止其出境，只让其子女登上了赴美的飞机。
不是避难吗？为啥以身犯险啊？
