57% of US COVID deaths is from blue states, 43% from red st

As of this morning, there were 128,227 deaths in blue states and 95,721 in
red states, per JHU data. (I did not include DC.) So the real picture is
蓝州贡献57%,红州43%. It is undeniable that there are more
deaths from blue states. However, if you also consider the populations,
then the overall death per million population from blue states is 720, and
640 from red states. Blue states are 12% worse than red states so far.
However, given the fact that most of the nation's deaths occurred in blue
states (NY and NJ) in March and April when it was cold and doctors were not
experienced, it is too early to conclude which states are doing worse.
Below is the data I gather. If you find a mistake, you can point it out,
and I will correct it.

确诊数受其它许多因素影响, 没有可比性, 总体死亡率是APPLE-TO-APPLE 的硬指标。

实际上前十里面一个蓝州都没有,只有florida/wisconsin两个摇摆州,其他全是深红。
death / 1M pop纽约新泽西排第一第二,那是因为爆发早,死亡率高。现在这些州的死亡率也已经大大下降了。

华盛顿州 did pretty well from the beginning, but it is a blue state.
