Senator, I was nominated for the supreme count justice, and a justice should have an independent view of an issue instead of worrying whether or not that aligns with an opinion from the congress. For this issue, I agree more with Justice Ginsburg that a president is elected for fours years, not three years, thus this nomination is not unconstitutional.

一、她是被质询人,不宜/不应反问。那年 Kavanaugh did just that and was
construed as arrogant and partisan.
二、议员如何不是这质询的重点,她要敢如此反问只会凸显她连重点都抓不到。
三、主楼的问题是个 open question,你的所谓反问是个已经预设立场的假问题,她怎么可以就假设议员一定是确认奥巴马的大法官?历史上不是没有例外。
四、就算人家会确认奥巴马提名的大法官,与 Barret 是否同意 McConnell 的立场,
逻辑上有什么关联性?可比性?这个反问只是凸显她的推理思考逻辑跟糟糕,根本不配当判案法官。
