为何不举报？这是涉嫌违反选罢法，应该向 FBI 或州的 xBI 举报，进行调查。光是匿名向媒体爆料，除了添乱之外，没有任何用。
光一个吹哨人的话，证据链还不够，不过已经足以让fbi等机构去调查了。
而且，最好别让一个机构单独负责，最好让几个机构平行进行，互不从属。

如果没有法律束缚，也就是一个下午的事儿。
需要悄悄大量收集证据，然后在媒体和司法层面同时发难，最好是能迫使国会同意相应法案，把作弊的路从法律层面堵死。
