楼主标题的问题不是在讲竞选承诺，而是指日常发言（fact check 都是针对日常发言
，没人去查竞选承诺，那是承诺，现在没法查。）
以日常发言而言，川普的“离谱度”远高于任何正常人。你没有异议吧？这就是为何需要 Fact check 川普，而不查以前的总统。
