大家好， 我在加州湾区，最近发现San Francisco Field Office 的Eb normal processing time变成了10 - 10.5个月。2020年11月20几号之前的所有RD都是out of normal processing time了。我RD是10/23/2020， 还卡在fingerprints taken 阶段。和几个不同的Emma agent check过，我的case是7/30/2021被转到 San Francisco Field Office的。每次提交 Service request 也是SFR结尾。请问大家目前情况有什么办法可以催field office快一点？ T___T...
（1）我提交了out of normal processing time 的service request, 第二天就回复了， 说“We are reviewing your case. We will mail you a notice when decision is made".
（2）联系了自己选区的众议员，众议员office说给问一下case status, 然后也跟我说likely USCIS will reply they are dealing with a lot of backlogged cases due to COVID and past administration.

还有其他办法吗？告移民局？其他渠道向移民局反映？ 谢谢！
有谁要告移民局的话记得叫我一下。。。
上来给大家更新一下：
众议院office submit case inquiry 之后12天收到了移民局的回复，基本是模板回复
，不过说了如果30天之内还没有关于这个case的correspondence，你们可以继续问我们。
然后又过了两天我收到了interview通知。interview通知正好是移民局给众议院office回复那天发出来的。网上状态没变，还是fingerprints taken。
结论就是议员帮问还是很管用的，特别是你的case在你的field office 已经out of
normal processing time.

更新一下，昨天面试完了…… 面试了1个小时40分钟。结论是 “现在不需要
你提供其他材料，还有一些背景调查没有完成，最长可能需要120天”。
真是等疯了……
