父母B2去年申请的延期，但是打指纹的时候人已经飞回国内了，后来收到指纹信就没有去，联系了USCIS也说没关系。 但是今天收到了据信，说因为没打指纹case被拒绝了，并且说 “USCIS is denying your application as a matter of discretion. Should you seek to re-enter the US as a B nonimmigrant, you will be required to establish your admissibility again and be granted as a B2 nonimmigrant by U.S. Customs and Border Protection".

这个意思是不是B2签证也没有了，需要重新像大使馆申请啊？我之前搜索的结果都是延期人不在的话不算unlawnful present, 只算over stay,并且不会取消B2签证。。。
