Receipt for a case inquiry on USCIS website is the same as receive date
for I-131 (151 days), but USCIS told me the case is within normal
processing time when I submitted the request for inquiry. Any ideas?

按网上写的 我的两周前131就可以了 和你遇到的问题一样 就说还在正常时间内 后来
试了好几次 明白了 就是耍我玩的

Emma告诉我他们一个月只更新一次processing time，所以即使刚刚超过了五个月可能
因为系统还没更新仍然处于normal time。可以打电话问，也有可能是按照发receipt的时间开始算processing time

two systems.

Many people submitted online request.
But USCIS does not send responses to these requests on time.
