claim了老三样。因为看了帖子以及判例发现RFE多数是质疑contribution，所以在如何证明major contribution方面花了不少精力。我首先证明自己的contribution是 original，这个比较容易。然后我证明如何是major，参照的方面就是官方的policy memo以及rfe模板里面的条目。具体我使用的有以下方面：my research has been frequently acknowledged and praised by independent researchers in their scholarly articles；my research has been extensively cited in the review of the state-of-the-art in my field；as my research has been widely used as the foundation for other researchers’ work；my research has inspired other researchers to pursue new research directions；I have been often invited to judge the PhD dissertations for the selection of best dissertation award in yy field；as a division of the xx invited me to serve on their standing committees to provide expert opinion to the Nation; I have been frequently invited to present at prestigious international conferences; as I have frequently received requests for my technical or data support from my peers across the world; my research has been reported by national media; I have been frequently asked by editors to contribute to their journals。每一项都用了四五个证据（推荐信或者citation之类的）支撑。

至TSC，在21年1月6号顺利获得批准。由于使用了PP，所以总共花费了九天。

authorship和review感觉比较好论证，各种说多种国家各种多样化就好了。
我是工程专业，偏计算的。大概20篇一作论文，杂志审稿大概140多，谷歌引用大概300多。推荐信找了三封美国的，法国中国加拿大也都要了一封。
大概就是这样。DIY的感受是自己确实需要花不少精力，感觉律师套模板流水线能搞定
也是很厉害的。
