On Sept. 29, 2020, the U.S. District Court for the Northern D istrict of California in Immigration Legal Resource Center et al., v. Wolf, et al., 20-cv-05883-JWS, preliminarily enjoined DHS from implementing or enforcing any part of the USCIS Fee Schedule and Changes to Certain Other Immigration Benefit Request Requirements rule.
While the rule is preliminarily enjoined, we will continue to: Accept USCIS forms with the current editions and current fees;
NEW: A federal judge in Northern California has blocked the Trump administration from enforcing plans to increase fees for immigrants and asylum-seekers:
On September 29, 2020, U.S. District Judge Jeffrey S. White, in the Northern District of California, enjoined the DHS, USCIS and officials serving in those agencies “from implementing or enforcing the Final Rule or any portion thereof.” The preliminary injunction is in effect nationwide. Immigrant Legal Resource Center, et al. v. Chad F. Wolf, et al. involved 8 non-profit organizations that provide services to immigrants.
First, “Plaintiffs have met their burden to show they are likely to succeed on their claim that Mr. McAleenan and Mr. Wolf were not lawfully serving under the HSA (Homeland Security Act),” wrote Judge White. “Defendants conceded at the hearing that if this Court rejects their arguments on this issue, which it does, the Final Rule would have been promulgated without lawful authority.”

感觉晚一天， 10/02 寄出比较保险。
折腾这么久了，为了省钱冲出问题来，搞不好得不偿失。
