My understanding is that you need to submit a copy of your birth certificate (petitioner) to prove your parents' relationship to you.
The letter says: "Delayed birth certificates are not accorded the same weight as timely-registered birth certificates." May be you can appeal and ask USCIS what kind of document do they need to prove your parents relationship to you?

我碰到两回这种情况，但都request for additional evidence了。我就把小时候的户 口和学籍翻译和公证了邮回去就行了。

亲属公证是垃圾移民中介看不懂英文给你瞎忽悠的，美帝不接受亲属公证，那玩意英联邦可能有用。美帝只认birth certificate，这是有特别理由的。具体我就不科普了

移民局指的是需要的应该是你出生时登记的出生证， 而不是新开的出生公证delayed
registration. 你应该用你37年前出生时登记的出生证来公证。出生证日期是当时的
。37年前的日期。公证的是这是一个当时出生登记原件的复印件及英文翻译。。

这是说单独这一份证明不能像出生时的证明一样有效。需要其他文件辅助证明
这感觉就是找茬了，我给爸妈办绿卡的时候用的就是出生公证。那时候哪有当时的出生公证

他肯定没分sponsor和beneficiary
