之前指望开B表的，完全是你们自己的wishful thinking

还是说即使发现不缺钱，还是要congress给钱？

有钱还是要furlough 啊，哪里有人手制卡啊… 心情跟过山车似的，受不了今年的起起伏伏了…

应该不会furlough了吧。参议员都已经在要求USCIS延后furlough。
因为根本就还有钱可以发薪水呀。
