紧急求助，突然收到interview的邮件，要求改期没人理

PD 2017-12-9，目测还没到，但上个月中突然收到NVC来信要求4月28号interview，啥
都没准备，老婆怀孕也不能体检，上网填了那个form，香港领事馆回信如下：
Thank you for your inquiry.

As of today, we have not received your case file from the National Visa
Center (NVC), no action can be taken in your application. Please contact usin few weeks on your concerns.

Best Regards,

现在回港还要隔离14天，请大家指导一下咋办，谢谢

只能和领事馆联系是不是可以ignore 这个notice，现在NVC已经不回复非紧急事务了
