For example, if you are filing Form I-765 with a Form I-539, file both forms according to the Form I-539 Instructions. Use addresses below only when you are NOT submitting Form I- 765 with another form. 我是I765和I131一起file的，根据这个规定，岂不是要送到I131的寄送地址？我的485 是MSC开头，根据I131的说明，我应该寄到CHICAGO，那是不是两份表都要一起寄到芝加哥？

根据官网说的来
你下面那个链接已经7年多没有更新了，也不是官网
我renew的时候寄到了达拉斯，我的485也是MSC。所以如果最近没什么新政策，应该765，131一起寄到达拉斯。之后还是会送到MSC。
