我理解是处理速度会加快, 而且应该是先处理row的eb1, 这样让row能快速current. 但是row这个排期, 为啥会current,我不知道....

因为提交了140以后不可能马上就会转换成485的发卡需求，如果140不PP的话，从提交
140申请开始到140批准，然后递交485完成背景审查和面试，这中间的时间至少也需要一
年。所以2020财年只能去处理PD在2019年10月之前的需求，EB1 Row已经前进到2019/03，按照这个前进速度，这个财年马上就能处理完移民局积攒的EB1 Row的全部库存。这样
看下来，EB1 Row应该会在2~3个月后变current。
