似乎是一月十一号,上海巴斯德实验室的测序结果公开了病毒的序列,但后来好像这个实验室被责令关停。但这个实验室关于病毒的序列其实早在一月五号就已经拿到了。
Tg一不注意让多个序列早早发表了,给了外国发展疫苗,检测和找源头的机会。后来发现改正了错误。

不同免疫路径,adeno 应该是生产病毒蛋白激发免疫反应,这个病毒RNA作为抗原。看
起来moderna这个对人是有效的,几十个样本里反应率100%。下一步要看免疫能持续多
久,扩大到几百人怎么样。
冠状病毒的疫苗成功的几率太小了,而且mRNA疫苗效果从来就不如其他疫苗。这些都是写在教科书里的东西。我希望但是不相信Moderna就能够在这么短的时间里创造历史。

因为 mRNA 本身就安全,几乎可以跳过 动物实验,
腺病毒的要是出事儿了,就是人出事儿,那就问题大了,
传统疫苗都要走动物,mRNA(估计 DNA) 疫苗可以跳过去。。

Oxford did efficacy test in Rhesus monkey: vaccinated moneys exposed to
Covid-19.
Not sure if Moderna did monkey efficacy trial.

My understanding is MRNA uses mRNA to generate virus spike protein in vivo
to induce immunity.
Essentially same 免疫路径, with different delivery vehicle.

做了猴,人也得做,
mRNA 跳过动物,直接上人,就因为安全。。
他们三个 dose 也证明了,基本没有副作用,受试者,只有高剂量有皮疹,但都没有发烧的,不过一期吗数据量小。。

看了下,是这样。mRNA主要问题是如何有效进入细胞。
Oxford Monkeys contracted Covid-19 after vaccination.
MRNA human trials did not and will not expose trial subjects to live virus. No direct efficacy data from clinical trials will be forth coming.. That is why I am surprised Not to see any primates efficacy data.

adenovirus二十年前吧,james wilson做基因疗法出过人命。现在应该技术改进了。
20多年前,还搞过 构建基因治疗 腺病毒载体。。。。

原来不懂, 现在看基因治疗根本不靠谱,干细胞有一定的希望,
再一个,人的现代病几乎都是 因为 寿命延长来的。。
改变生活方式,预防医学对大部分人更有效。。
病能不能治好基本取决于 病本身,治疗手段都是 secondary !

这几年基因疗法也成功了不少。每种疗法都有弱点,干细胞有给种出肿瘤的。
