弯曲还有另外一个故事，一个女的趁人家房主不在，直接砸锁进屋，然后就不走了，还在网上建了个网站，要protect 她的home，房主发现后报警无效，起诉至今左叉法官们拖着不给宣判。这个女的好像都快占据2年了，如果拖够5年，估计左叉法官会直接宣判这个房子归她所有。因为该州有个5年所有权法案。

五年？！AFAIK，是十五年，而且條件是屋主/土地所有人知情但並未抗議下才成立。

加州好像没有什么屋主知道与否会影响这个占有合法化的条款，屋主只能赶在5年期限
前将人赶走。
而赶走人，合法手段最终只能靠法庭发出驱逐令
