不管真相是啥，这个锅必须蝙蝠去背，真闹的全民质疑泄漏，无论是质疑无意泄漏还是质疑有意泄漏，，轻则部队哗变（谁没家人呢），重则改朝换代。所以不管是不是蝙蝠汤，都必须是。
1，朝廷已经察觉了，估摸会限制数据泄漏，为个人职称啥的乱发文章的好事估计没有

不过人民公社的好推算，武汉的难，因为有活人户口迁出迁入，武汉毕竟不是一个国家。所以更有可能永远是个糊涂账。
