当初 Reid 为了政党利益remove 很多 senate rules，龟相当时就说，one day it
will bite back！

大法官等等，民主党吃瘪。。

当GOP 掌权时，右派选民很多 抱怨，we are NOT aggressive as democrats

其实 long term，GOP 的这个理念才是 adult in the room， trying to preserve
this republic whenever we can ！
