Additionally, any highly rated worker or graduating student who receives a graduate degree here should be given a green card to remain in this country as a permanent resident.

他是反建制候选人，他当选的话，就有mandate，他核心的平台，自由分红，肯定会实
现。他个人价值观的核心理念，就是欢迎外来高技术移民，也会实现。这些都是他个人在积极推的，即使不是大家叫好，他也在推。
其他的，什么M4A，我觉得他不会太上心。其实他的M4A就是扩展medicare，保留私有医疗保险，与现状其实大同小异。这是极左派恨他的主要原因。他号称要搞个具体的M4A
方案出来，搞了一个月的也没出来，估计其实就没啥东西。无非是为了猪党预选的需要。

说老实话，他开的这些支票，都不难实现，因为大多是不花钱的。中国人，算账算得精的。我就来说说吧：
他的M4A基本就是维持现状，把medicare扩展一下，什么都不动，不花钱。
citizenship pathway for illegal immigrants，其实也是维持现状，18年，随便那个总统大赦就搞了的事，比如里根的大赦是带来南美人最多的一次，他这个18年其实等于没说，也不花钱。
学生减免学贷，但要十年之后才免，学贷的钱其实都在股市里面，十年之后股市早把这些钱拿回来了，免就免吧，其实也不花钱。
说来说去，真正花钱的是他的核心平台，自由分红。但其实他已经想好了，本来就是要印钱的，现在目前就在印，每天很多亿打到银行里面，QE。他无非是把这些钱发到大家手上，刺激经济而已。他当然不会这么说，但其实就是这个意思。所以也是没有多花钱的，因为这个钱现在也在花，无非你在新闻上没看到而已。
