最近想搞refinance。但是两年前买房子时只用了我的名字在title和贷款上。现在得用老婆名字做refinance。agent和我说得把我老婆名字加到deed上面。我现在正在搞这个事情。但是有些问题想请教一下。
1，把我老婆名字加上deed后，是可以马上去用她的名字做refinance吗？还是得等她的名字在deed上面六个月才能做？
2，她的名字加上deed后，我是不是也得和房屋保险公司说一下加上她的名字？毕竟新
的mortgage需要保险证明时得有她的名字对吧。
3，如果顺利做了refinance后想卖房子，是不是也得等六个月后才能卖？
